Associate Attorney

Amparo M. RiosDavis joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in 2026. She brings a diverse professional background that combines litigation experience, financial acumen, and a strong commitment to service.

Amparo began her legal career as a criminal litigator, completing 26 jury trials to verdict. After this intensive trial experience, she stepped away from fulltime legal practice to devote herself to raising her three children and contributing meaningfully to her community. During this time, she held leadership roles with Westlake High School basketball, baseball and cheer booster programs and was an active member of both Conejo Valley National Charity League and Westlake Junior League.

She later returned to the professional workforce as a financial planner with a highnetworth advisory team at UBS Financial Services. In this role, Amparo developed a strong foundation in asset planning, wealth management, and clientcentered advisory services—experience that now informs her legal practice.

Amparo earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of the office, Amparo is an active member of North Ranch Country Club, where she enjoys playing tennis and participating in the club’s social community. She also enjoys international travel, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her three young adult children, Jacob, Alessandra, and Robert.
