Tina J. Cowdrey joined the firm as an associate attorney in January 2020 after operating her own law firm for 18 years. Leaving full-time practice to be a “work at home mom,” Tina continued handling real estate and business transaction and litigation matters. Within the last 10 years, her practice shifted to various aspects of health care law, including physical and financial abuse of elders and dependent adults. She is excited to bring her breadth of experience to the firm to assist clients in their estate plans***
Tina has been instrumental in serving our community and numerous philanthropies with her daughters over the past seven years through National Charity League, Inc., Ventura County Chapter, holding board positions of President, President Elect, Parliamentarian, and Vice President Communications. She served on the board of Forever Friends Golden Retriever Rescue, the athletic committee at Spanish Hills Club, captained numerous tennis teams,*** and is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association. She is also everyone’s barn mom at Fieldstone Riding Club, where her youngest daughter is a competitive equestrian.
Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Honors from California State University, Northridge, her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Keeping busy at all times, you may find Tina on the tennis court, at the barn or a show with her horses Estelle and Kramer, on a walk with her energetic golden retriever Percy, and sometimes relaxing with her husband Sean, daughters Leslie, Emma, and Hannah, son-in-law Brandon, and granddaughters Adelai and June.
