Sarah joined Kenneth E. Devore & Associates in 2018. Sarah has extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration. She has broad, comprehensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the probate process, as well as experience in applying probate, civil, fiduciary and trust laws, rules, and procedures to the matters she handles. Sarah also has extensive experience forming business entities, which includes preparing Operating Agreements and filing governing documents with the California Secretary of State. Prior to working in the areas of estate planning and trust administration, Sarah spent over ten years working as a Litigation Paralegal for a local law firm that specialized in Construction Defect and Insurance Defense matters. She gained extensive experience in conducting large-scale documents reviews, analyzing, and summarizing documents, as well as helping in all phases of litigation.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry with a Minor in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She is a California Notary Public and is a member of the Ventura County Paralegal Association. She is also serving on the Board for the Ventura County Paralegal Association as Secretary.

In her personal life, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also appreciates the arts, either by attending a play in a local theater or visiting a museum. Sarah has a wonderful sense of adventure and is always ready for a trip either near or far.
